Low Slope Roof System

Low Slope Roof System

Tailored Solutions for Every Building Type
Low-slope roofs—often called flat roofs—are more intricate than steep-slope systems. Proper performance depends on a thorough understanding of insulation, ventilation, drainage, and flashing integration. Our experts are here to help you design a roofing system that meets your building’s specific needs.

High-Performance Roofing Systems for Low-Slope Commercial and Residential Applications

Energy Efficiency

Our white reflective PVC and TPO membranes reduce heat absorption by reflecting up to 90% of solar energy, lowering interior temperatures and reducing energy costs. These systems are Energy Star® rated, CRRC approved, and may contribute to LEED® certification.

Certified Quality

Every roof we install is backed by manufacturer-authorized contractors to ensure it meets the highest standards for quality and performance. We partner with ABC  supply to deliver trusted, long-lasting results.

Fire Resistance

When paired with appropriate insulation and cover boards, our membrane systems can achieve a Class “A” fire rating. Unlike traditional materials, PVC and TPO resist flames rather than fuel them, adding an extra layer of protection.

Commercial Roof Replacement

We offer complete commercial roof replacement services, from inspection to installation—tailored to your building’s specific needs and challenges.

PVC Roof Systems
Proven Durability and Long-Term Performance

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) roofing membranes are a trusted solution for residential properties, commercial buildings, and mixed-use developments. With nearly 40 years of proven performance, PVC stands out for its durability, weather resistance, and long-term reliability.

Ideal for restaurants and commercial facilities, PVC membranes offer superior resistance to oils, grease, and harsh chemicals—making them a top choice for environments where other materials may degrade. Additionally, PVC systems are easy to maintain and repair, contributing to their cost-effectiveness over time.

Available in thicknesses ranging from 50 to 80 mils, PVC membranes come in a wide selection of colors and roll widths (3 to 6 feet), offering flexibility in both design and application. They are backed by 15- to 25-year commercial warranties and lifetime warranties for residential installations.

At Onit Roofing, we tailor each PVC roofing system to the unique needs of your project, offering customized combinations of color, thickness, and layout to ensure optimal performance and aesthetics.

TPO Roof Systems
Cost-Effective Performance for Large-Scale Commercial and Industrial Projects

TPO (thermoplastic olefin) membranes have rapidly become the leading choice in the low-slope commercial roofing market. Known for their durability, efficiency, and affordability, TPO systems are especially well-suited for large commercial and industrial buildings requiring reliable, budget-conscious solutions.

Fewer Seams, Lower Costs
Available in wider roll sizes—ranging from 4 to 12 feet—TPO reduces the number of seams and accelerates installation, helping lower both labor and material costs. It also holds up well against rooftop traffic, equipment, and exposure to the elements.

Strong, Durable, and Wind-Resistant
TPO membranes offer excellent resistance to wind uplift and mechanical stress, making them ideal for demanding commercial environments. They are available in 45 to 80 mil thicknesses, with color options including white, gray, and tan. The most common industry standard is 60 mil white TPO, paired with a 20-year commercial warranty.

At Onit Roofing, we design and install TPO systems tailored to your building’s size, layout, and performance needs—delivering cost-effective protection without compromising on quality.
